Return & Warranty Policy

All tire sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on tires that have been mounted, installed, driven on, damaged, altered, or special ordered.

Unused and unmounted tires may be considered for return within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt and management approval. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

NTS does not provide a separate tire warranty. Any available manufacturer warranty is handled according to the tire manufacturer’s terms, limitations, and approval process. Warranty coverage is not guaranteed and does not include labor, mounting, balancing, alignment, towing, downtime, road hazards, improper inflation, overloading, irregular wear, misuse, or installation-related damage.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived.
